Far too often, companies understandably form a jaundiced view of consultants and consultancy services:

• We allocate consultants to assignments based on their specific expertise, not just their availability.
• We do not accept consultancy assignments where we do not have the requisite skills available.
• We document the exact terms of any assignment up front, to avoid any misunderstanding over the scope, duration or cost of the engagement.
